– Ensuring that plans are optimized and consistent with marketing constraints.

– Consistency between architectural and technical choices and the economic realities of the projects.

Preparatory Work

– Validation and monitoring of preparatory technical components: soil studies, topographic surveys, and boundary surveys.

– Handling of environmental remediation and asbestos removal (removal plans).

– Assistance with and review of specifications (CCTP, CCAP, DPGF).

– Analysis of service providers’ proposals and recommendations regarding their selection.

– Overseeing the procurement process and the preparation of legal documentation.

Execution

– Supporting the project management team during the construction phases.

– Validation of technical alternatives.

– Verification of compliance between signed contracts and the work performed.

– Overseeing the receipt and processing of reservations.
